Cancelation Policy

RMA NATIONAL CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Full refunds will be available on all cancellations e-mailed (registrar@rmahq.org) to the registrar 45 business days or more prior to the start of the event minus a $50.00 processing fee.
• Partial Refunds are available from 30-44 days prior to the event and are subject to a service fee equal to 50% of the registration fee and 50% credit may be applied to another RMA program within one year.   
• No refunds will be issued 29 days before the first day of the event.   
• Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund. 
• If the event is canceled by RMA, registrants will receive a full refund for registration fees.  However, RMA does not assume responsibility for any other expenses, including the purchase of airline tickets, incurred by the registrant in connection with attending the event. 
• Hotel reservations will need to be cancelled directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated.
