The RMA MN Chapter is proud to present our “Mastering Executive Skills” educational series where we will take a deep dive into effective communication, presence & nonverbal communication, self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and leading with empathy.

SARA CROSS is the president and founder of Stand Tall, a company that helps build confidence. She collaborates with leaders at all levels within an organization to connect their purpose for communicating so they can overcome fear, find clarity, and share meaning. She is an international speaker, narrative coach, and developer of the “Fearless Speaker” program. She is the author of The Confidence to Speak, a book about the many fears of speaking and Captivate Your Audience, a guide for creating presentations the audience wants to hear.

We encourage all risk management professionals at any level to attend these events.
