Sam Dagit is a Commercial Relationship Manager at Great Southern Bank. He graduated with a B.A. in Real Estate and B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Institutions from the University of Northern Iowa. He has been in banking for over 12 years and has underwritten financing for projects all over the US.

Sam is actively involved in NAIOP Minnesota Chapter, MSCA, MNCAR, MNCREW, Minnesota Housing Partnership’s Investors Council, and regularly attends affordable housing, general commercial real estate, or finance conferences. Sam joined the MN Chapter of the Risk Management Association at the beginning of 2024 and will serve on the Board of Directors this term. Additionally, he is on the board of directors of NAIOP Minnesota and Metro Affordable Housing and volunteers for several local nonprofits.

The expertise he has gained in his career in finance has garnered trust and respect amongst his peers and clients. Sam grew up in Northeastern Iowa and lives in Richfield Minnesota. In his free time, Sam loves to play in seasonal sports leagues and cross-country skiing.
