Charity Weibel is a results-oriented banking professional with over 20 years of expertise spanning across retail, private banking, operations, investments, and commercial banking.
She is the Market President at Merchants Bank serving the Apple Valley and Rosemount communities. While most of her time is spent on commercial banking and serving in her community, she also enjoys building leadership development and training programs.
She has been associated with the Risk Management Association-Minnesota Chapter since 2015. In 2023, she joined the Education Committee as a member and began chairing the Commercial Lending Academy in 2024. Charity is now the Chair of the Education Committee for the 2025/2026 term.
Charity also currently chairs the Apple Valley Chamber’s CORE Women, a place where women business owners and women in business receive resources, support, and advocacy in the Apple Valley community. She also founded Power Circles, a leadership development program for women. This program started with 10 women in 2023 and has grown to over 125 women in two short years. In 2025, she published her first book, Awakening the Hero within, a career book that teaches how to become the HERO of your own story.
She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Charity enjoys spending time with family & friends going camping, motorcycling, reading, and writing.
