Charity Weibel is a results-oriented banking professional with 20+ years of expertise spanning across retail, private banking, operations, investments, and commercial banking. She is currently a Vice President in Commercial Banking at Old National Bank serving clients with lending needs from $1mm to $10mm. While most of her time is spent on commercial lending, she also enjoys building leadership development and training programs.
She has been associated with the Risk Management Association-Minnesota Chapter since 2015. In 2023, she joined the Education Committee and will be chairing the Commercial Lending Academy this term.
Charity currently chairs the Apple Valley Chamber’s CORE Women, a place where women business owners and women in business receive resources, support, and advocacy in the Apple Valley community. She co-leads Old National Bank’s Women Lead-Minnesota Chapter, an employee resource group and is the Founder/National Lead for Old National Bank’s Power Circles Program, a leadership development program for women.
She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Charity enjoys spending time with family & friends going camping, motorcycling, walking her dog, reading, and writing.
