Jackson Bauer is a Senior Vice President Commercial Portfolio Manager Team Lead for Bell Bank. Jackson manages a team of portfolio managers; structures and approves loans (through individual authority as well as loan committee participation); and manages a portfolio of customers.

He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Carlson School of Management (University of Minnesota), and, upon graduation, joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), becoming a Commissioned Risk Management Examiner. Jackson joined Bell Bank in 2022, serving as a Commercial Underwriter and subsequently Commercial Credit Manager prior to his most recent role in portfolio management.

Jackson has been involved in RMA (at both the national as well as local level) since 2016. He joined the RMA Education Committee in 2023 and will serve as the Chair of the Commercial Lending Academy Committee during the 2025/2026 year.

Outside of work, you can find Jackson chasing his kids and dog around, coaching sports, volunteering at Church, golfing, hunting, running, and pretty much anything else outdoors!
