Leadership Lessons Learned

Past Event

We invite you to come and hear from this fun and interesting duo: Pierce & Weber where “It’s not all black and white”. Sit back and enjoy learning from two women who rose through the ranks of male-dominated federal organizations.

  • Deborah Pierce is a retired FBI Special Agent with 27 years of experience in conducting and managing criminal and terrorism investigations. Before retiring in 2006, she served as Special Agent in charge of the Minneapolis office and was the Deputy Assistant Director of the Criminal Division of the FBI.
  • Patti Weber is a retired CIA officer who spent 31 years in the CIA’s National Clandestine Service (NCS), where as an operations officer she was engaged in the clandestine collection of human intelligence (HUMINT) and Covert Action. She recruited human spies who provided valuable intelligence to national policy makers. When Patti retired in 2004 she was Chief of Policy for the NCS.

We hope you can join us and other professional women for a fun and interesting learning experience of two fabulous women sharing their Leadership Lessons Learned. The event will be held downtown Minneapolis on the 31st floor of the US Bank Plaza on Wednesday, February 25th.
