A Presentation of Manners and Social Skills
Presented via Zoom, by Julie Frantz from Everyday Etiquette

The RMA Minnesota Chapter’s Women’s Forum and Young Professional committees is looking forward to hosting this virtual presentation, "Etiquette for the Business Professional".

Everyday etiquette can help businesses increase their bottom line by training employees on how to present a positive, professional image, promote harmony among co-workers, and improve customer retention through social etiquette.

Our presenter, Julie Franz will give you some tools you need to be confident in various business settings. All professionals are encouraged to attend. You will learn:

  • The power of first impressions and the protocol of a correct business introduction.
  • Dining and table setting standards, including the top 10 dining mistakes and 5 rules for your napkin.
  • Grooming and how to dress for success, including dress code definitions.

Good manners create good relationships, and good relationships create good business. We do business with people that we like.  Knowledge is your passport to moving ahead in business.

If you want to learn Julie’s Rules of “Six” for Professional Relationships, visit the Everyday Etiquette store and purchase “Etiquette for Business Professionals”. The cost is $11.95 plus S&H.
